Terms and Conditions

1. The promotion will run from 1 January to 29 February 2024 and is only open to all customers.
2. Customers will be entitled to 50% off the £30 per person Play It in Style, £40 per person Play It Deluxe or £60 Diamonds Deluxe experience packages.
3. This voucher can be redeemed by pre-booking at least 72-hours in advance and is valid for a minimum of six people.
4. Learn to Play packages includes learn to play session of 40 minutes (20 minutes on Blackjack and 20 minutes on Roulette); one house drink with a choice of bottle of beer, glass of house wine, 25ml house spirit and mixer or a soft drink.
5. The Play It in Style package includes pizza and chips to share which must be eaten either before or after the learn the play session.
6. The Play It Deluxe package includes a three-course meal in the casino restaurant which must be eaten before or after the learn to play session, food is based on availability.
7. The Diamonds Deluxe package includes a cocktail master class where each participant is entitled to two cocktails from the following: Drumstick, Pornstar Martini, French Martini, Mojito. Three-course meal in the casino restaurant which must be eaten before or after the learn to play session, food is based on availability.
8. A non-refundable deposit of £10 per person is required to secure the booking. Final payment must be settled a minimum of two weeks prior to the date of the booking.
9. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Met Card discounts do not apply.
10. The Promoter is not responsible for any vouchers that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
11. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
12. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other terms contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
14. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
15. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling the offer.
16. To receive the free bet, the voucher must be validated at the Cash Desk.
17.  The voucher can be exchanged for either a non-negotiable chip to be used on tables, or a promotional ticket to be used on Slots or Electronics on the day of the purchase.
18. Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel or cash chips. The winning element of the pay-out will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is allowed.
